Martha Watson is a Dallas based artist who has been producing art for over three decades. Her drawings and paintings have given pleasure to many people. Martha’s wide choice of subject matter and medium is always handled with an eye for technical structure and a feeling for gesture. She believes that painting and drawing is an observation of the human condition… a weaving of structure and emotion to unite form and substance.

Martha received a Bachelor in Fine Art Degree from the University of Texas. Martha is also a trained pastel portrait artist, photographer, illustrator and computer graphic artist. She has experience teaching art in the Dallas Community College System and has excelled in the field of caricature for over 20 years.

She has participated in numerous group and solo fine art exhibitions over the past decade including the Southwestern Watercolor Society Membership Show, Visual Art Center Annual Show.
